Clean Air Experts was so professional & understanding from day 1. Monica is amazing. She explained the process, coordinated everything with my adjuster, filed the claim directly with my insurance and kept me posted every step of the way..she took the time to address all my concerns before, during & after the services were completed. Shawn, and the team of xperts did a fabulous job on the tear down of the room. The contractor who came for the rebuild never saw such clean work. Clean air xperts … More made a very difficult time a little easier by being prompt, neat, professional & so friendly. Hopefully I’ll never need their services again but will gladly recommend them with confidence to anyone in need of mold remediation and related services.

Had an issue in my building and recommended this company to the property manager. We dealt with Shawn Boyd, the operations manager, directly who was the most professional, attentive person you could ever ask for in a company representative. My mom and I live in a small home and had a leak from the roof. The leak was fixed but left the ceiling stained and we didn't know if we should have been worried or not so we called Clean Air and they did an evaluation and had someone do some testing and ended up finding mold. We had them remediate the mold and within a few days we were mold free. The techs and office were very professional and helpful as well. Thank you for making our home cleaner and safer!

They were able to come to a client's house very shortly after I contacted them to assess the situation and suggest a proactive plan of action.
