Mold Remediation Project in West Palm Beach Florida
Got called out 2 days ago… preferred vendor was on site (2 days prior) they suspected mold .. taped baseboards and left 5 machines a blazin’….. customer called me out of the book … was uncomfortable and for good reason… they never fixed the leak …. 2 days later and the water was still on the floor … 1/2″ of water … dehues a blazin’….. got them to cancel original AOB and take mine … set containment found leak (buried in solid block wall..) a hose bib…. set containment … remediated with flood cut … dried in 4 days… NO MOLD!!! …. when you live in Gotham… its nice to wear an S on your chest once in a while….just got a call today from the insurance company .. asking me if i wanna be on their preferred list….. smile emoticon.. if your or a friend needs a quality remediator in south Florida… CALL CLEAN AIR XPERTS!!!!!!!
